Murr RIP
Just a new LJ icon I whipped up. When I went ghost-hunting at Fort McKavett last November with pacerfox and ipequey, we stumbled across this tombstone in the fort cemetery while investigating it at about one in the morning.

I am not entirely sure under what circumstances I will be using this icon, but I couldn't resist taking a picture of it.

The deceased's last name is Murr.

How proud they would be to know their surname is now being celebrated as an inside joke in a complete stranger's LJ! o(:o)

Just the thing for the furry necrophile in your life!

Hee! Now I just need to find dead people with the surnames Mew, Whinny and Growf. o(:o)

You should have been with us when kamberlane went searching Google Images for 'Herm".
Yes, it's a family name.

"Hi there, I'm Bob Herm, and this is my wife Titsie...."

Heh. Myrrh!

And you were there! I have a witness, should anyone think I photoshopped this! o(:o)

It's Murr-der, that's what it is! :P

...or at least shady murrcumstances.

LOL! Maybe it was a furry from the gilded ages or before :D

Back when you could tell the royalty from the serfs by the size of their tails!

This is funny due to the big "MURR" that scrolls across the header of the page:

And if I ever go to Eurofurence I need to make a side trip here.

Eeek! Not to mention that the lab assistant in the blue shirt when the page first comes up looks like Alice from The Brady Bunch. o.O

I wonder if the Texas family with that name came from Germany...?

Heh. Murrmany. o(:o)

Oh, I can think of a dozen types of posts that would be appropriate for. None of them pleasant.

Yeah, true. I may just throw it in the mix once in a while to keep things interesting.
